Responsibilities: 1. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. 2. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. 3. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. 4. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls. 5. Sorting and distributing mail. 6. Provide excellent customer service. 7. Scheduling appointments.
